My Philosophy:
I strive to bring increased movement, flexibility, and pain free living to people through massage therapy. I will work with you to customize a session that best meets your goals. If this is your first time experiencing massage, or you are unsure of your goals, don't worry! We'll sit down, talk, and develop a massage plan suited uniquely to you.
A Little Bit About Me:
I am originally from Connellsville, Pennsylvania, a small town nestled in the mountains of Southwestern PA. I have lived and worked around the globe from Pittsburgh to Chicago to Cameroon and now Frederick in the fields of public health, outreach science education, teacher training, and most recently as a massage/neuromuscular therapist. I am a mother, activist, avid traveler, herb gardener, dachshund 'parent', proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and lifelong student. I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you live a more well balanced life through massage.
In addition to my Frederick practice, I also work part time at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center providing massage and reflexology to injured service members and their families.
